Founded by Mr Emanuel Zarb more than 55 years ago, Ballut Farm is still family run by its third generation. The business was first passed on to Emanuel’s daughter, Mary; who then passed it on to her children Mark, Kylie and Clive.
Nowadays, together with the help of their father Samuel they manage with passion the production of bio secured and cage free eggs to supply them to local restaurants, supermarkets, groceries and other customers.
